Aaron's reputation as a "lawyer's lawyer," gives him a unique perspective for advising his individual and business clients. He advises attorneys on matters of legal ethics and defends attorneys in disciplinary proceedings. He also helps entrepreneurs and business owners form, acquire, and sell closely-held companies, litigate shareholder disputes and other business disputes, and assists businesses with internal investigations and compliance issues.
Aaron attended William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline), where he received a CALI award, earned Dean’s List honors, and served on the editorial board of the law review. Aaron also worked as an Adjunct Professor at his alma mater from 2018 to 2023. Before law school, Aaron worked for more than four years in retail banking and consumer deposit compliance.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys golfing, downhill skiing, and spending time with his family and friends. He is also an avid fan of the Minnesota Twins, Vikings, Wild, and Timberwolves.
