Robert J. Kouba

Robert has nearly a decade of experience in advising individuals, businesses, and business owners in a wide variety of matters ranging from transactions and business planning to litigation and criminal defense. His broad experience gives him the ability to help his clients in structuring transactions and building relationships with an eye towards avoiding problems before they occur. It also helps him assist his clients if a dispute arises.

Robert attended William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline), where he was active in Phi Alpha Delta and mock trial. After law school, he continued his involvement with the mock trial program as a coach, and helped mentor new law students.

In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and their pets, building computers, and cheering on Minnesota United FC.
